Repair Policy

We stand by our product.

If your Glenda Gies handbag or tote breaks or the stitching pulls out in the first year you own it, call, or email us and we’ll send you a return tag. Please be sure to send a street address. as we cannot pick up from, or ship to a P.O. Box. We will repair the defect at no charge and return your Glenda Gies handbag to you with no charge for repair or shipping.

If your product is older than one year, please call or email us and we will advise you where to send it. You will be responsibile for shipping costs in both directions. Make sure to include your return address and contact information with the product and we will conact you with a repair cost estimate. If you choose not to have the product repiared, we will dispose of it or return it to you freight collect.
